Baked Tilapia

An easy, tasty and healthy meal


  • 1 Tilapia Filet
  • 1 tsp light margarine
  • 2 Lemon slices
  • 5 Frozen Broccoli florets
  • 4-5 bell pepper slices
  • 1/8 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
  • salt
  • pepper


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish. Place tilapia fillet in baking dish and dot with butter. Top filet with a slice or two of lemon. Arrange the frozen broccoli and pepper slices around the tilapia. Season fish and vegatables with Old Bay seasoning, garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
