Love this dip - I bet it would be great with pears or bananas as well. (The website food.com suggested cantaloupe, too!)
- 1⁄3 cup peanut butter (smooth is best but you can use chunky)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon apple juice or 1 tablespoon water (if juice is not available)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon
Place peanut butter in a small bowl and then gradually stir in milk and honey until blended. Stir in apple juice and cinnamon until mixture is smooth.
