Pineapple Shrimp Salad

This is a healthy lunch or side dish that is delicious!


  • 7 – 8 lg shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • Old Bay®
  • 1/3 cup Pineapple tidbits
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • Nutmeg


Sprinkle shrimp with Old Bay®, steam for 3 minutes. Chill. Mix shrimp, dash nutmeg, dash Old Bay® and remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
