Waffles for One

Deliciously healthy waffles - just enough for one serving. I found this recipe on line and tweaked it to make it tastier and healthier!

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup wheat flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Splenda
  • dash salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp melted light margarine (cooled)
  • 2 tbsp. Egg Beaters
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp skim milk
  • Dash vanilla


Whisk together dry ingredients. Blend wet ingredients in separate bowl. Combine both - mix just until all ingredients are incorporated. Pour into waffle maker and cook according to manufacturer's directions.
